HOW MUCH DOES THE HAIR COST?

That all depends on length, colour, method of install and how much hair is needed. Which is why a free mandatory in person consultation is so important.

WHAT TYPE OF HAIR DO YOU USE?

​

I only provide the highest quality European unprocessed hair for my clients. It is sourced from countries like the Ukraine, Romania and Russia. This can last over 1 year with proper aftercare and maintenance.

WHEN DO I NEED TO COME IN FOR A MOVE UP? WHY IS THAT IMPORTANT?

​

Usually between 6-8 weeks is when a maintenance appointment should be scheduled. This prevents too much shedded hair from being built up on the weft or bonds. When too much shedded hair gets left unattended it can cause matting and tangling, not to mention you may be left with too little hair (from shedding) holding up the extensions in certain areas. You don't want to cause unnecessary stress to your natural hair.

ARE EXTENSIONS DAMAGING?

Extensions are not damaging to your natural hair when installed by a qualified professional and if you follow proper aftercare and maintenance. I have a whole section dedicated to this [Extensions Aftercare] along with a downloadable pdf for reference. Extensions can also assist in promoting your natural hair growth. I can't stress enough how important your own care at home is to the process. The install can be done perfectly, but if you're not caring for your hair like advised you will not get the results you were looking for.

 

CAN I USE ANY SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER?

 

Short answer is no. You should ONLY be using sulphate free products because this prevents product buildup. Make sure to never use products that add extra protein to your hair which your extensions do not need. Also don't use anything that says "repair" or containing silicone on it because the extensions do not need that. These products end up leaving the hair heavy because of the coating they add.
